 YOGA INJURY PREVENTION SCREENS

 

Do you love yoga, but have postures that are uncomfortable or don’t feel quite right? Do you have questions about getting into the more advanced postures that are hard to ask in a large group class?

At Mindful Movement, we offer Yoga Injury Prevention Screens for this reason!

Dr. Karst has been teaching yoga for 8 years, and realizes that it is hard to address all of the subtleties of the complex movements involved in yoga in a group setting.

That is why she has set up the Yoga Injury Prevention Screens, in order to help answer individual questions and give feedback on basic postures and sequences in a one on one setting. Injury prevention screens are great for people who are looking to start a practice, but don’t know where to start, and are also great for students who have been practicing consistently and hope to advance their practice.
