We are an out of network provider for physical therapy services.
Many insurance companies offer out of network benefits, but we do not directly deal with insurance companies. We are happy to provide you with a super bill upon request which can be submitted to your insurance for possible reimbursement. You can call your insurance company directly to see if you have out of network benefits.

Each visit is with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. You will never see an exercise assistant or tech. By not directly dealing with insurance companies, we are able to provide better care for our patients, and we work with patients to find a plan that works best for them! Because we provide direct, 1-on-1 care, we are able to help you get back to the things you love more quickly and with fewer appointments. We build a plan together after your first visit, and generally do not see patients more than once per week.

Your first visit is a 75 minute session, and we look at the whole body to figure out where your symptoms are coming from. This appointment includes assessment, education and treatment.

Follow up visits are an hour long appointment with a Doctor of Physical Therapy, and are specifically catered your specific goals.

Payments are taken at time of appointment. If you have a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) you can use those funds to pay for PT at Mindful Movement.
