At Mindful Movement we take a whole-body and whole-person approach to care.

We look at the whole body because sometimes knee pain isn’t from the knee, it’s from the hip or ankle, and back pain can be from the way that you walk or move throughout the day.

Our goal is to figure out where your symptoms are coming from and make a plan specific to you.

PT can help you reach your individualized goals.

Whether it’s getting up and down off of the floor to play with your kids or grandkids, or being able to improve your golf or tennis swing, PT’s can help you meet your individualized movement goals.

Our physical therapists take a holistic approach that focuses not only on the physical body, but also how the nervous system and body interact and can play a role in pain pathologies like chronic pain and fibromyalgia.

How is Mindful Movement Different From Other Practices?

At Mindful Movement, we provide 1-on-1, individualized care. You will spend your time in physical therapy working individually with a Doctor of Physical Therapy and you will build a plan together, focusing on what’s most important to you, in order to promote optimal health and help you achieve your goals.
