Intro to Yoga Philosophy
This two hour workshop will dive into the more subtle aspects of yoga, including the 8 limbs, mindfulness, meditation, and ways to take your practice off of your mat and into your life!
This workshop was created to help people understand that there is more to a yoga practice than just the physical practice, and to help people use yoga principles to live healthier, happier lives.
